The National Roads Authority will begin work Monday along Seaview Road in East End from near the west end of Lovers Wall to near the Blow Holes on shoulder construction, paving and installation of guard rails.
Crews will work weekdays between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Drivers are asked to exercise caution.
