The Grand Cayman Toastmasters Club will be hosting its area contest at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the George Town Town Hall, next to the George Town Public Library.
The contest will determine who will advance to the district competition, which will be held in Haiti later in May.
Members of the public are welcome and encouraged to attend the event, where light refreshments will be served.
