Just after 3 pm, Tuesday, 22 March, three fire trucks attended a blaze near Reliable Industries on Compass Drive, off North Sound Way, in George Town.
Several witnesses watched firefighters, within a matter of minutes, put out the fire that broke out on an industrial structure.
According to 911 communications, officers said the fire was caused by welding work and there were no reported injuries.
