Compass Media is proud to introduce the inaugural SteppingStones INSPIRE Conference being held on Thursday, 5 October.
The conference is presented by SteppingStones, main sponsor of the event, and one of the leading forces in the recruitment, training and development market in Cayman.
Hosts and facilitators at the event will be Ciara Aspinall, director of Pinpointing Potential, and Eric Jenkinson, CEO and founder of Ndeavour Consultants.

Hosts & facilitators
Attendees can expect motivational subjects from Ciara Aspinall, who has more than 20 years’ experience encompassing leadership, people development, recruitment, training, sales, consultancy, coaching and mentoring.
Her professional journey has taken her across national, international and global contexts, including an 18-year tenure in the Caribbean.
Eric Jenkinson will be sharing his powerful messages of professional development, acquired from three decades working in the field of business improvement.
He provides support and guidance in organisational culture, change management and leadership-skills development and has worked throughout Europe, North America, Bermuda and the Caribbean in both the private and public sectors. He brings drive, energy and strong emotional intelligence skills to each project that he facilitates.
There will also be a number of supporting sponsors for the conference that will be acknowledged closer to the event date. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Meals on Wheels.
