This year marks the 15th anniversary of the Cayman Cookout culinary celebration at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman.

What began as the vision of a festival that would bring international celebrity chefs and foodie fans together on the powder-white sands of Seven Mile Beach has grown to become one of the most coveted culinary weekends on the annual calendar. In order to recognise this auspicious 15-year milestone, none other than the award-winning band the Goo Goo Dolls will be taking to the stage on Saturday, 13 Jan. under the stars on the Great Lawn of The Ritz-Carlton.

Guitarist/vocalist John Rzeznik and bassist/vocalist Robby Takac have been churning out the hits over the years, with smashes such as ‘Iris’, ‘Slide’, ‘Black Balloon’ and ‘Give a Little Bit’ establishing them as music fan favourites. Goo Goo Dolls has had 19 top-ten singles in the charts and the band has sold 15 million records worldwide, with four Grammy nominations.

Before they start their tour of Australia and New Zealand in February, they’ll be making a stop in Cayman this Saturday for an intimate and unforgettable concert – one night only.
