

Cayman Cookout, the highly anticipated culinary event, returns for its 16th year in January 2025, with events taking place at numerous locations within The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman resort, as well as at offsite locations.
Taking place 15-20 January, attendees can expect the usual world-class culinary and beverage experiences, all designed to indulge the senses.
A jam-packed event schedule includes cooking demonstrations, culinary competitions, and destination experiences.
Old favourites such as Barefoot BBQ, The Beach Bash, and Rum & Robusto also make their annual return.
Each year a roster of the world’s best chefs, mixologists and spirits connoisseurs converge on the shores of Grand Cayman for the gastronomic celebration.
This year’s lineup includes Eric Ripert, Also Sohm, Andrew Zimmern, Emeril Lagasse, José Andrés, Mawa McQueen, TJ Vong, LP O’Brien and many more.
Local chefs include Maureen Cubbon, Shetty Vidyahara, Diego Smith, and Britta Bush, among many other well-known names.
Jesse Tyler Ferguson of Modern Family and Broadway fame, and acclaimed jazz performer Nicole Henry will also be in attendance.
