Police have launched an inquiry after the body of a 36-year-old George Town man was found on West Bay Road next to the former Margaritaville Beach Resort.
The area was cordoned off after the body was spotted just after 3am on Wednesday, December 23.
Officers who attended started first-aid procedures until paramedics and a doctor arrived, but the man, who has not been named, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said the investigation into what they described as the “sudden death” continued and appealed for witnesses.
