Compass Media, through its premium production arm Compass Studio, has been appointed the official live streaming partner for the upcoming Vanta Black Water Team Cup pickleball event, taking place 29–31 May in Grand Cayman.
The Vanta Black Water Team Cup is an elite-level professional pickleball competition featuring 16 of the top players from the APP Tour, competing in a dynamic team-based format that includes mixed doubles, gender doubles and a sudden-death tiebreaker.

Munir Ali, patron of the event, said the event would not be possible without the support and collaboration of Jerry Beck and Pickleball Cayman, “whose vision and leadership have helped make this a reality”.
“The Vanta Black Water Team Cup represents an important step in elevating the sport globally while showcasing Cayman as a world-class destination for elite competition.”
Compass Studio will deliver full live broadcast production for global distribution, with coverage available across:
- PickleTV, a dedicated 24/7 pickleball network reaching a global audience across major smart TV platforms
- Compass TV, available through roughly 13,000 cable boxes across the Cayman Islands, including Logic (Ch. 22), FLOW (Ch. 109), C3 (Ch. 22), and Digicel+ (Ch. 9)
- compasstv.ky, streaming live and on demand digitally
The partnership significantly expands the event’s reach, transforming it from a single-location competition into a globally distributed sporting experience, while further strengthening the Cayman Islands’ position as a premier destination for international pickleball.
Leading players featured
The event will feature some of the sport’s leading players. Among the strong field of elite international competitors, confirmed to participate are Jack Munro, the current #1 male APP player and Megan Fudge, the three-time US Open Champion and APP Pro Medal record holder, with more than 70 professional medals earned in just three years of competition.
General Manager of Compass Media, Richy O’Carroll said the partnership reflected the continued evolution of Compass Studio as a leader in live sports production.
“We are proud to deliver world-class broadcast coverage that connects Cayman to a global audience,” he said. “We also acknowledge the support of Dart, whose ongoing commitment to community, sport and the development of Cayman as a world-class jurisdiction plays an important role in enabling events like this to reach a global stage.”
