More than 60 supporters and participants took part in Rotary Sunset's first free health screening in East End over the weekend.

Residents in the eastern districts will be able to avail of free health screenings and get their flu jabs on 2 Dec. at the East End United Church Hall.

More than 300 people availed of free health screenings hosted by Rotarians at the weekend, including one man who was taken to hospital by ambulance after the checks showed his blood-sugar levels were five times higher than normal. Five others were also referred to the emergency room.

Rotary Central Cayman Islands will be offering free health checks at four stores across Grand Cayman on Saturday, 4 March.

Free health screenings will be provided in the atrium of the Cayman Islands Hospital Thursday, 14 Nov., to mark World Diabetes Day.
