Tiny seabirds, fragile nursery: Sand Cay’s least terns fight for survival
Around 160 tiny seabirds are breeding on Sand Cay island, and with eggs and baby chicks on the ground, people are not allowed to land there at this time of the year. The cay is a protected area between May and August.
