In an apparent change of heart Labour Minister Dwayne Seymour has said he will be seeking support from his government colleagues for more low income workers to get a minimum wage increase next year, however domestic workers will not be included in this effort.

Set against other economically developed states, comparable island nations, and even other low-tax economies, Cayman's national minimum wage sits almost last among 35 countries analysed by this newspaper.
