Police are seeking help from witnesses to a fatal car crash on North Side Road at Ronald Forbes Play Field on April 29. John Miller III, 27, was killed when the Honda he was in hit a utility pole.

North Side resident Archie Whittaker said he had just arrived home Sunday evening and was getting out of his car when a Honda racing east down North Side Road blasted past him.

The Old Man Bay Play Field will have a new name as of Saturday evening. The sports facility will be known as the Ronald Forbes Play Field in tribute to the Olympic hurdler who grew up in North Side.
