The Port Authority plans to reduce the number of cruise ships allowed to use Grand Cayman’s back up “bad weather” anchorage at Spotts.

High seas and windy weather in George Town on Tuesday led to four cruise ships missing their scheduled stops, and sent the one ship that did arrive to Spotts Dock.

I notice that speed limit signs are now being erected throughout the district of West Bay. However there is still a lot of speeding going on and I believe that it could be due to the lack of speed limit signs, as I mentioned in previous letters.
