Variations

The following variations were approved:

An application for Mr. Andrew Tweedie, Tortuga Tim’s Bar & Grill, Seven Mile Shops, West Bay Road for a change of category from Restaurant to Retail was refused.

Other matters

In a review of provisional grant to Mr. Lloyd Samson, 2nd Floor, Bay Harbour Centre, West Bay Road a full licence was granted.

Probation was lifted for both Meringue Town Bar and Welly’s Cool Spot while objections against the renewal of licenses for the Grand Old house was deferred until the next meeting.

Objection against the deferred new application for a Package Liquor Licence for Ms. Ann-Rose Rankin was withdrawn on 9 December.

The application of Ms. Sharon Ebanks of Solie’s Bar, West Bay for a change of operating hours to open from 10am to 10pm Monday to Saturday was refused.

Permission was granted for the sale of liquor and the playing of music until 2am on Fridays only to Ms. Christine L. Burke, The Blue Lagoon Restaurant & Lounge, 128 Shedden Road, George Town.
