The final matches of the Digicel Caribbean Cup are set for Barbados from February 20th to February 24, and they will be broadcasted across the Caribbean region, including the Cayman Islands.
Through the services of Caribbean Media Corporation (CMC) based in Barbados, over eleven Caribbean countries including Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago and many of the Windward islands will broadcast the final games of the Digicel Caribbean Cup either live or with a minimal delay.
According to Commercial Director at Digicel Group, Ms Sarah Gill: ‘From the onset of our partnership with the Caribbean Football Union we have been committed to providing the necessary resources to help grow Caribbean football and this special tournament to its true potential so players and fans can enjoy its benefits. We are delighted to strengthen this commitment by broadcasting the final matches across the region and hope that the thrills of the games will be enjoyed from Jamaica to Trinidad & Tobago, St Lucia to Guyana’.
Teams from Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago, Cuba and host Barbados will compete for the coveted title of Digicel Caribbean Cup Champions during final rounds. The Digicel Caribbean Cup finals will also qualify three teams to the 2005 CONCACAF Gold Cup scheduled July 6th -24th in the USA.
In addition to qualification to the CONCACAF Gold Cup, the winning team will be awarded US$100,000 with US$50,000 and US$30,000 going to second and third place winners respectively. The fourth place team will receive US$20,000

In the Cayman Islands, the final matches of the Digicel Caribbean Cup 2005 will be aired on Island 24, cable channel 9. The broadcast schedule is:
