The Department of Children and Family Services, West Bay District team, received a contribution from Cayman National to assist with the recent community fair, one of the department’s special events held in celebration of Child Month.
The department’s Paulinda Mendoza-Young said the fair had been a success, and would not have been possible without the support of Cayman National and other local organizations.
‘The success is a testimony of the impact the business community can have through partnering with the government in creating positive experiences for our children,’ she said.
Claudia Welds, senior excecutive for Cayman National’s corporate communications depwrtment, congratulated department staff for their untiring efforts to make the fair a success.
‘Cayman National has always embraced the opportunity to invest in the future of our islands, our children and our youth, and we are extremely pleased to support this special event during Child Month,’ she said.
