The 911 centre received a call at 5.47pm on Wednesday that a boat had run out of fuel and was in need of help.
The boat was situated west of the public beach in Cayman Brac.
The Marine Officer for the Brac responded and took some petrol to the boat.
Police in West Bay responded to a 911 call at 3.40pm on Wednesday.
A member of the public was chasing a male who had allegedly just committed an indecent assault on a female.

The male was arrested and the matter is being investigated.
At 3.05am on Thursday a 23-year-old man was arrested in the vicinity of the Cayman Islander parking lot on suspicion of theft and carrying an offensive weapon.
