Two detectives from the Hertfordshire Police Fraud Squad took custody of Michael Lindsay following recent extradition hearings in Cayman.
Mr. Lindsay was arrested by detectives from the RCIP Financial Crimes Unit earlier this month and left the jurisdiction with them last Tuesday.
He will appear before a court in the UK for conspiracy to use a forged instrument.
