Century 21 was established in the Cayman Islands in 1994. With the very well known and greatly respected Century 21 logo, combined with the recognition of the local Thompson name, was born Century 21 Thompson Realty. In it, one can find listings of all sorts of property as well as information about Cayman Islands living and helpful tips on the ins and outs of buying property here in Grand Cayman.
Century 21 believes it is important to keep the community informed about the market and in particular, the properties on offer. To assist in this pursuit, in addition to conventional advertising, they regularly send out flyers, attend most trade shows and exhibits and distribute the high quality magazine, which is free, at many key locations throughout the island.
