Regarding the Ritz-Carlton article and statement by Jeff Hargett, Corporate Director of the Ritz-Carlton Leadership Centre, the he wanted ‘customers to leave broke and thinking ‘When am I going to do this again?’ (Caymanian Compass, 7 February).
As a time share owner I do not want to leave here broke. If I did, I could not come back year after year.
I would prefer to leave here having had a wonderful time without going home broke, knowing I will be back next year for another wonderful time.
