London recruiter joins CML team

CML Offshore Recruitment based in the Grand Pavilion Commercial Centre on Seven Mile Beach Road has added a new Consultant to their ever-expanding recruitment team.

Mr. Rob Green joins CML from top London recruitment agency Badenoch & Clark. Mr. Green has extensive experience in financial services recruitment and has in the past managed recruitment accounts for some of the world’s best-known financial service providers in the City of London, states a press release.

‘I hope my experience in the City of London recruitment arena will benefit CML both by helping to attract quality accountants and legal professionals to the Islands and also in bringing new local and international clients on board.’ said Mr. Green.

After graduating with honours from the University of Greenwich in London, Mr. Green spent several years in the M&A field, and subsequently in marketing for a leading European Energy company.

CML’s latest acquisition supports their planned expansion into new markets here in Cayman and abroad.

‘We’ve already taken the accounting recruitment market by storm and are proud to count the vast majority of well-known financial services firms among our clients here in Cayman,’ said VP Steve McIntosh. ‘We’ve made our name in accounting recruitment by offering our clients outstanding personal service and value-for-money – our placement fees are around half as much as a typical UK-based recruiter and clients benefit from our experience and expertise with ever-changing local immigration requirements. Although we have concentrated up till now on accounting recruitment, clients have begun to ask us for other types of professionals and we have recently seen a marked increase in retained recruitment assignments. This is basically when we sit down with the client to establish their requirements, and then go out into the global market to find the right candidate. This is a popular route for positions with very specific requirements in terms of experience and/or qualifications, such as those in IT and Law. ‘
