Deloitte has announced that Mr. Mark Pulvirenti, a senior manager with the Financial Advisory Services Department has been awarded the Certified Fraud Examiners designation by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
The ACFE is the world’s premier provider of training and education for fraud detection and deterrence. CFE’s are knowledgeable in four areas critical to the fight against fraud: Fraudulent Financial Transactions, Criminology and Ethics, Legal Elements of Fraud and Fraud Investigation.
Mr. Pulvirenti, who is also a CA, a CPA and a qualified insolvency practitioner, was granted the CFE designation after successfully meeting the ACFE’s stringent set of criteria, including character, experience and education.
