Cayman 27 is hosting their fifth annual Island Living Show at the Family Life Centre Friday and Saturday where all entrants will stand a chance to win one of 10 sets of Cayman Airways tickets.
‘This year’s show is going to be bigger and better than ever before with everything from the home, garden and beyond,’ said Shawn Wilcox, sales manager, Cayman 27. ‘We have expanded the show to include tents and exhibits outside – this allowed us to include not only more exhibitors but also car displays and charity organizations including the Humane Society.’
A total of 44 exhibitors displaying their products for all to see and experience will kick off the show at 4pm Friday evening.
Show highlights include specials from the new range of car exhibitors. Autohaus is offering a US$2,000 discount off any new Mercedes-Benz or Porsche purchased within two weeks after the Island Living Show and Prestige Motors Ltd. up to $3,000 off selected models.
Visitors to the Uncle Bill’s booth will be able to test drive a lawnmower as well as stand a chance to win a bicycle and other pieces of furniture. Every Bloomin’ Thing will be at the show exhibiting an elegant garden oasis showcasing their various products and services.
The International Design Group is offering up to 20 per cent off on all items displayed at the show and Rugs Oriental 10 per cent on all sales of their range of authentic handmade rugs from the Middle East.
Hydes and Sons is hosting a prize draw to win 50 per cent off on storm panels for the entire house. Custom Closets will be transforming their exhibition space to look and feel like one of their custom made walk-in closets where visitors can enter into a prize draw to win a reach-in closet valued at CI$ 1,000.
Edie’s Décor is celebrating its 25th year anniversary with a pre-constructed display of carpet, tiles, draperies, blinds, bedding and more. Inside Out, a publication of Cayman Free Press, is designing its exhibit to resemble the façade of a traditional Caymanian home.
Healthy Environment Solutions will conduct mini-demonstrations showcasing how they help people suffering from allergies and asthma combat dust mites in their living environments.
The show will also feature a series of five master classes throughout the day on Saturday where visitors can learn secrets of the trade from exhibitors including Rugs Oriental, Cable and Wireless, Scotiabank, Every Bloomin’ Thing and the Department of Agriculture.
The Island Living Show will be held at the Family Life Centre off Walkers Road. Doors are open from 4 – 8pm on Friday and 10am – 5pm on Saturday. Admission is free.
