Cuban migrants travelling in a fibreglass and wooden boat were seen off Cayman Tuesday morning.
The boat, which contained 12 males and one female, was about 17-feet with an engine in good working condition, according to Immigration Department officials.
The migrants informed officials that they were travelling to Central America and departed without assistance.
