Two men killed in East End Thursday morning have been named.
• Brenard Dale Scott, aged 36, of East End
• Roy Renold Pierson, aged 48, of East End
At around 12.20am Thursday the 911 Emergency Communications Centre received a call reporting gun shots being heard in East End.
Police and medics responded to the scene in Fiddler’s Lane, off Welcome Way, and found the two men – brothers – with injuries. Scott was pronounced dead at the scene. Pierson was taken to hospital but died.
A 21-year-old man was arrested in East End in the early hours of this morning. He remains in police custody at this time.
The Royal Cayman Islands Police Service is sending it’s condolences to the families of these men.

Officers are working hard to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident and are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
