These recipes, submitted by Prep School families, were all tested and selected by a Cooking and Tasting Committee to ensure the highest quality, noted a press release.

The cookbook is a high quality hardcover book featuring colour illustrations and makes an ideal coffee table book that will appeal to residents and visitors alike.

It features an exciting range of 240 delicious recipes reflecting the tastes and cultures of people across the globe living in the Cayman Islands and the local Caymanian people.

All proceeds from the sale of the cookbook go to Cayman Prep and High School so that the students there might enjoy even better opportunities in school.

Superstar chef, Jamie Oliver, known to many as the Naked Chef, has endorsed our cookbook and we wish to echo his words: ‘Please buy this book to help support a great cause.’
