The Cayman Islands Early Childhood Association celebrated the Week of the Young Child with a four-hour, fun-filled event on Saturday.
Held at the Mary Miller Memorial Hall, Red Bay, students from early childhood learning facilities performed a variety of song, dance and drama pieces.
The event provided educational displays and information about resources for families and a display of children’s artwork.
Students from East End Primary shared I am a Child; North Side Primary, Shaking like a Jelly; New Testament, Traffic signals; Achievement Centre. Dances Around the World; Sunny Smile, The Policeman; Shauna’s, piano recital; St. Georges Anglican, Chicken Dance, Janice’s Early Learning, a poem: and East End Primary Billy Boy.
