The amendments to the Immigration Law, passed in the Legislative Assembly in December 2006, contain provisions relating to the consequences of failing to submit a Business Staffing Plan.
The amended law requires that a company employing 15 or more persons on work permits must submit a business staffing plan no later than Saturday.
