Triple C students take home awards

Smiling faces, hushed tones, proud expressions and applause from every corner of the room were the features of the Triple C School’s Award Assembly for the Elementary Department.

On 19 June, parents, relatives, students and teachers gathered to celebrate the achievements which had been won for the past school year. Students from each grade level, one to five, were recognized for academic performance, citizenship, and perfect and exemplary attendance.

Earning a special certificate and a medal for topping their grade as the Most Outstanding students were: Grade 1-Nikolina Djordic, Grade 2-Ngela Simamba, Grade 3- Amina Aitmessaoud, Grade 4-Stryker Ebanks and in Grade 5-Lorena Morejon. Three students from Grades one and three, Tyra Walton, Jahmoll Miller and Rene Jackson were recognized as the Most Improved Students during the school year.

Subject awards were also given for Spanish, art, music and P.E. A number of parents who assisted and became involved with class activities were also recognized.
