The Cayman Islands Cancer Society will hold its annual Stride Against Cancer fundraising event on Sunday, 27 January.
The school portion of the fun run/walk will be held on Friday, 25 January, and organisers are encouraging all schools to participate.
One of the Society’s biggest fundraising events, proceeds will be used to help cancer patients and their families with treatment-related expenses not covered by health insurance, stated a press release.

There are number of sponsorship opportunities available for the event, including sponsoring an aid station or banner, media sponsorship, and other levels of contribution. Sponsorship opportunities begin at $250 and a complete package detailing all levels of sponsorship is available from the Cancer Society.
