Women’s United slipped past Sunset FC taking over the point standings with 27 points inches ahead of Sunset who is in second position with 25 points in the 2007-2008 Cayman Islands Football Association (CIFA) Simon Robshaw-Caytech Women’s senior league.
Women’s United the team which reflects core of the National team took over the lead from Sunset after playing nine rounds of games as opposed to eleven rounds played by Sunset.
Both teams are playing soundly and are clearly the two giants in the Competition.

In games played earlier this week at the North Side playing field, Women’s United defeated Future 3-1, Latinos clipped Scholars 1-0 and Elite and Sunset battled to a stalemate.
