The Clico Cayman 20/20 tournament is reaching its climax and there will be plenty of action this weekend again. Guaranteed for slashing entertainment, any one of the games is likely to have lots of thrills.
Ramon Sealy is still bashing the Cayman bowling about. The 16-year-old student hit the first of what is sure to be many 20/20 centuries last weekend for UCCI and could do the same against Wellys/Cayman Doors in a Division Two game at Smith Road Oval tomorrow.
Greenies 1 almost scraped a memorable victory over Police on Sunday and although they’ve strengthened their side from last year have a formidable task against By Rite on Sunday. By Rite can boast half the team that went to the Stanford 20/20 tournament. Batsman Michael Wight is a danger man for By Rite and is sure to get amongst the runs, so too his brother Philip. Also in the side is captain Ainsley Hall who opened for Cayman in Antigua, Keneil Irving who also played in Antigua and they boast the bowling attack of Stanford stalwarts Kenute Tulloch and Conroy Wright.
