Due to the approaching storm, Cayman Airways (CAL) is advising the public that, effective immediately, no more cargo will be accepted for export between Grand Cayman, Havana, Jamaica, Cayman Brac or Little Cayman, until further notice.
Customers who are expecting to receive cargo are welcome to clear their airway bills and paperwork today and tomorrow at Cayman Airways Cargo offices at CAL headquarters. However, Cayman Islands Customs has announced that they will only be releasing perishable cargo for the remainder of today (November 6th). Customs will be clearing dry cargo tomorrow (November 7th) from 8am-11am. Customs will be closed from Noon tomorrow until further notice, due to the approaching storm.
