Kirkland Henry and Larry Prinston Ricketts pleaded not guilty on Wednesday when the charge was put to them that they both, on or about Saturday 11 October in West Bay, murdered Estella Scott-Roberts.
Justice Alexander Henderson fixed 3 August as the date for their trial to start. It is expected to last about two weeks.
The men were also charged with robbery and abduction and Henry with a further charge of rape in connection with the same incident. However, according to the Criminal Procedure Code, no other charge may be included in the same indictment with murder.
The judge said he wanted to know what is happening with the other charges when the matter comes up again in March for a directions hearing.
Court-appointed attorneys John Furniss and Ben Tonner appeared for the defendants. Senior Crown Counsel Trevor Ward appeared for the Crown.
