Bikers get another chance to show off

Last month’s bike show at Camana Bay was a great success.

So much so that another glamorous one is planned for this week.

Tomorrow night sees the ‘Bike Extravaganza’ motorcycle show at the Macumba Lounge in Cayman Falls (across from the Westin hotel).

Sponsored by Jacques Scott, the public is invited to head out to the West Bay Road hotspot between 9pm and 1am to take in the bikes and the activities.

Crystal Entertainment and DJ Juice will be playing house music and a mix of RnB and Hip-Hop.

Of course a handful of luscious Lisa Lee models are expected to be on hand.

The event has more than its fair share of glitz though as music videos are expected to be up on large screens outside.

There will also be stage dancers to add to the beauty of the bikes.

Admission and VIP parking is slated to be free for local bikers.

Members of the public can expect to pay a $5 admission fee. A smart casual dress code is in effect.

As with the previous show this event is being put on by Lisa Lee Promotions and the Street Sweepers bike crew.

Lisa Lee Promotions manager Lisa Hoyte and Street Sweepers founder Jamie McLaughlin were once again the brains behind the show.

Last month’s show saw close to 50 bikes on display outside the Abacus restaurant and about twice as many spectators pass through to ogle the rides.

Since then the motorcycle community has been far from quiet. Two weeks ago bikers went out in force to Breakers Speedway to compete in drag races.

That event culminated with Ross Hydes (a Street Sweepers member) setting a new track record with a time of 6.249s on his Honda CBR 1000.
