Continental Airlines, who fly out of Owen Roberts International Airport, are award-winners for the second consecutive year.
Business Travel News’ Annual Airline Survey ranked the carrier highest in five of the ten categories. The US airline was praised for quality of communications, value of relationships with account managers and sales representatives, problem resolution and flexibility in negotiating transient pricing.
‘Even in these tough times, we continue to invest in the product, listen to our buyers and work hard to give them what they want,’ said Monisa Cline, Continental’s staff vice president of North American sales.
This is the twelfth year that BTN has conducted its Annual Airline Survey. It measures corporate travel buyer perceptions of airline performance in negotiating for and delivering service and maintaining preferred relationships.
