Winter is a fun but mad busy time for sports. So many events take place it is hard to keep up.
Thus it is no surprise that the 2009 corporate football league wrapped up weeks ago in rather quiet fashion.
Cayman National Bank took home the props by going undefeated (6-1-0) through the seven game season. The side just beat out 6-0-1 First Caribbean Bank for the crown.
The bankers had to earn points against team Butterfield in the season finale to emerge with the league championship.
