More of a buzz tonight

The World Cup recently wrapped at Kings
Sports Centre but it doesn’t mean five-a-side football action is over this week.

However tonight sees the return of indoor
football and offers many matches.

All of the games offer plenty to
look out for at the WestTel Arena. With division one not picking up for the
next few weeks focus falls squarely on the Transformers and division two.

Thanks to solid play from Dominique
Pearson and McAndy Thomas they have a good handle on their division. The side
is back in action tonight at 7pm versus HSBC.

On their heels though are McAlpine
United (featuring top scorer Hank Parchment) and Old Boys FC (with star players
Daniel Cummings and Statan Clarke).

McAlpine is also in action tonight
at 8pm as they battle middle-of-the-pack The Security Centre and star players
Ben Marler and Colm Moynihan.

The last of the division two
matches tonight see the Doghouse Devils battle Jon Pump and John Doak Architecture.

Division three sees little change
as the CFP Buzz Crusaders remain the crème of the crop. The Buzz added an
eighth straight victory recently in a 5-2 win over third place PWC.

CFP looks to keep its unbeaten form
going against WestStar on Wednesday at 8pm. Hoping to lead the charge is the
three-headed scoring monster of Kris Pearson, Jason Bainbridge and Dan Stuber.
TV presenter Jason Harper heads the WestStar side.
