The Run Service Station on Shamrock Road (also referred to as Red Bay Esso).
The preliminary inquiry began in
January and went part-heard over several dates.

Attorney John Meghoo.
Attorney Waide Da Costa represented
Officer Welcome, while Crown Counsel Kenneth Ferguson presented evidence on behalf

The defendant was directed to
appear at the opening of the next Grand Court session, which is set for
Wednesday, 6 October.
