Census office opens in Savannah

Two local businesses have helped
open doors for Cayman’s Census 2010.

Heritage Holdings offered their
premises in the Countryside Shopping Village in Savannah when the Economics and
Statistics office decided to relocate their eastern district census office.

Surebuilt put up a partition and
doors, dividing the 1,250-square-foot room into a reception area and an inner
office.

The office serves as a hub for
field staff to meet their supervisors.

Census district offices are open
weekdays from 8.30am to 8pm and Saturdays from 10am to 4pm.

Census area coordinators Adolphus
Laidlow and Michael Godfrey staff the office to answer questions and provide
