Citco spruces up playground

Ten members of the staff of the
Cayman Islands offices of Citco recently volunteered their time, using supplies
provided by the company, to paint the playground at Miss Nadine’s Pre-School.

The volunteers worked to ensure
that the children would have a bright, clean, cheerful and safe play area.

When first approached by NCVO Youth
and Community Worker, Alta Bodden-Solomon, Citco

Throughout the afternoon, the Citco
Fund Services staff members scraped, rolled, climbed, crawled and otherwise
splashed a new coat of paint in nine bright colours on storage sheds, cabanas,
jungle gyms, pillars and roofs, to produce a dramatically different outdoor
appearance and experience for the children and their teachers who enjoy using
the facility.

“It is a testament to the creative
and community minded culture of Citco and our valued members of staff, who are
able to continue to find ways to forge partnerships and make impacts in our
community though these tough economic times, and we are glad to support them in
this and other endeavours”, said Citco Fund Services Managing Director Paul
Kelly.
