Michael Schwartz will launch his debut cookbook, Michael’s Genuine Food: Down-to-Earth Cooking for People Who Love to Eat, at Books & Books in Camana Bay on Friday, 25 March, from 6-7.30pm.
Winner of the 2010 James Beard Foundation Award for Best Chef: South, Mr. Schwartz is the chef and owner of Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink with locations in Camana Bay and Miami.
His sought-after recipes are now available to home cooks everywhere.
