Defence attorney joins Samson & McGrath
Attorney Prathna Bodden was called to the Bar of the Cayman Islands in the Grand Court by Justice Charles Quin after David McGrath of Samson & McGrath moved her admission on 2 June.
Ms Bodden has joined the firm’s busy criminal and regulatory team.
Setting out Ms Bodden’s credentials, Mr. McGrath advised the court that she studied at the University of Hull and then at the College of Law, London, before being admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales in 2007. She practised as a criminal lawyer at the London firm of Saunders Solicitors before moving to Cayman.
Ms Bodden said: “I am delighted to have been admitted in the Cayman Islands and am very much looking forward to being part of the team at Samson & McGrath.”
