Performing arts camp begins

Youths are welcome to join a technology and arts summer camp that will kick off at the Family Life Centre from 25-28 July. The Church of God Chapel, George Town, is hosting the event. The camp is geared towards youths ages 10 to 17. “Teenagers and their parents who are looking for an exciting and totally different Summer Camp should sign up for Camp Jam,” said Mr. Felix Manzanares, youth pastor.

This camp for will run from 8.30am to 3.00pm Monday through Friday. The focus of the camp is technology and performing arts in the Christian service and worship. The cost is $100 and covers a variety of activities for the group. Youths will learn, film, script writing, dance, drama and music production. Field trips will also be included. A grand finale concert will be held on Saturday, 30 July at 6.00pm. For more information call the Family Life Centre 949-9393.
