Petapalooza prize winner announced

The recent Petapalooza music festival at Grand Harbour was a great success for the Humane Society.

Organized by Reno Ciantar and John Mack, both musicians with local bands, the line up of performing bands included Core, The E Z Street Band, Every Other Minute, Dr. E. and the Dirty Dogs, Suite Elite, Clever Knots, The Jeff Alban Experience, Suckerbox and Vanguard.

Apart from all the entertainment, there were also prizes on offer, with the grand prize being a pair of return tickets to Miami, donated by Cayman Airways.

The lucky winner was Fijona Jaggernauth, who received her prize from Mr. Ciantar recently.

According to the Humane Society, Cayman Airways generously gives the society’s dogs wings with their Pet Miles programme and also supports the society’s fundraising events.

Anyone interested in donating their frequent flyer programme miles to the Humane Society through the Cayman Airways Miles Ahead programme can sign up through the Cayman Airways website.
