The Harbour Trust Co. has announced the promotion of Leanne Golding to senior vice president.
The company also announced the appointment of Cassandra Powell and Philip Dickie to Harbour’s board of directors.
Ms Golding has been with the firm since 2009 and has responsibility for providing fiduciary services to Harbour’s fund clients. In her new role, she will serve as director to funds. Ms Golding has specialised skills in new fund start-ups, investor services, training and compliance. Prior to joining Harbour, Ms Golding worked for the Cayman office of Goldman Sachs for nine years, including as vice president, Global Investor Services. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst and an Accredited Director (Chartered Secretaries of Canada), and is on the Education and Research Sub-Committee of AIMA Cayman.
Before joining the firm as senior vice president in 2007, Ms Powell worked at a locally based professional services firm for more than five years where she dealt exclusively with fund clients.
Mr. Dickie also joined Harbour as senior vice president in 2007. He formerly worked at the London and Bermuda offices of Union Bancaire Privee for five years. Before that he worked for The Bank of Bermuda Ltd in Bermuda and also Deloitte in Halifax, Canada. Mr. Dickie is a Chartered Accountant, a Certified Public Accountant, and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst.
