Cayman Islands Premier McKeeva Bush congratulates Lindsay Japal, 23, on being crowned Miss Cayman 2011 at the Lions Centre on Saturday night. Miss Japal also received titles for Best Smile and Best In Gown. Janelle Muttoo was crowned first runner-up and Crystal Tomlinson was crowned second runner-up.
