40 exhibitors sign on
 with Chamber’s Expo

For 20 years, the Cayman Islands Chamber of Commerce Business Expo has established itself as the premier event for local businesses to showcase themselves to residents.

The Business Expo is the largest and longest-running expo event in Cayman, being held each year except for 2004 due to Hurricane Ivan.

“The Chamber of Commerce Business Expo provides member businesses and organisations with an opportunity to showcase their products and services to thousands of consumers each year. The event began in the late 1980s as a Buy Caymanian initiative to promote local shopping and to educate consumers on the products and services that were available locally,” Chamber of Commerce CEO Wil Pineau said.

“It has evolved into the largest annual showcase of businesses under one roof. All types of businesses participate in the Expo making it appealing to residents from all walks in life. Several businesses have launched new products and services at the Expo and it is remarkable to see these businesses grow over the years,” he said. “This year’s event is sold out with all exhibitor spaces taken in the Family Life Centre. There will be plenty of specials on offer so residents will not want to miss the show.”

Forty exhibitors have signed up for this year’s Expo, to be held at the Family Life Centre off Walkers Road. The title sponsor for the event is LIME, which will be answering questions about its new products that support the launch of its new 4G network.
