Because there has been a lot of talk lately about good health, here are a few suggestions.
Go to the cooking oil section of your supermarket and buy a bottle of peanut oil. Next, massage your entire body with oil, leave it to dry and keep it on as long as possible; mornings are best. Results – you will no longer suffer from arthritis or joint pains after prolonged exercise.
Cut a piece of the centre leaf of the plantain sucker (not bananas), put in water and boil them to simmer. Add sugar to taste and drink a cup. Results – this tea cleans the walls of the stomach so food digests better. No more belly pain.
Add a half dozen almonds to your daily diet. The toxins released prevent the development of cancer cells – so no more cancer.

I am a Cancer Survivor (so far).
My best friend, who was also, the best man at our wedding, was not!
We were both diagnosed with Cancer; 5 years ago, in September.
What are the odds?
I found my Lumps (tumorous growths) while showering one day.
His Cancer was diagnosed after taking a yearly physical examination.
Extremely aggressive, invasive surgery was the recommendation for the both of us.
I chose the surgery.
He chose an alternate route; he found someone, through the internet, claiming he could cure all forms of Cancer.
There were so many endorsements and claims by others that it just had to be true!
He spent over a quarter of a million dollars on this miracle/solution drug hoping to save his life.
He died within 8 months; the Cancer had metastasized to his liver!
For the months, after our diagnosis’s, we supported each other, almost on a daily basis, and spoke of the choices we had made.
I live with the pain of his death and the choice he foolishly made.
My surgery resulted in massive nerve damage; But I’m Alive to feel that Pain and I don’t regret it!!!!
His choice, by listening to a charlatan/quack/snake-oil salesman’s claims of miraculous cures, resulted in his death in under a year!!!!
