New school playground ready

After raising more than US$57,000 for a new playground, the Parents Teachers Association of George Town Primary School in Grand Cayman, with the help of Davenport Construction and volunteers, have been busy upgrading the designated area at the facility.

Volunteers have been working toward having the playground ready for the new school year, with many gathering on Sunday, 26 August to complete some of the last touches on the project.

The equipment for the undertaking was shipped to Grand Cayman free of charge, courtesy of Seaboard Cayman.
